ALDI

"I use Aldi's on a regular basis. It is convenient and has most of the produce that i need. I dont have many reasons to gripe about the store only that for quite a while now my faourite steak pies have not been available despite the fact that the internet states that they have them in stock. Please put them back on the shelves! As a pensioner now living on my own they formed a great addition to my diet. Despite being delicious they are quite easy to prepare and have as an addition with other foods. Yours respectfully. Jim."

"I've shopped at this branch since it opened. Today I used the self service, I don't usually but I only had a couple of bits. Put both my own bags down and started scanning. The scanner was temperamental scanning one thing then not another. Eventually wouldn't scan at all. Male member of staff came over, quite rudely said have you just taken something out of your bag. I replied yes because it didn't scan an now it's scanning nothing. He stood there swipe his card and muttering then said, very accusatory you've put another bag down and stormed off. If he's having a bad day, maybe it's best not to take his mood out on customers. Also when I said no I put them both down before scanning, no need to grunt at me. I'd already got items in that bag, so obviously I hadn't only just added a bag. Love Aldi but not today."
